Interkonzalting d.o.o. is responsible for on-site supervision over the arena construction works i.e. for the performance of the communication infrastructure construction, slope and arena equipment and energy infrastructure. For the on-site supervision of the lifting station construction at the "Volarski potok" retention and the connection to the snowmaking system at Sljeme as well as the construction and equipping of the pumping station for artificial snow at Sljeme (Medvednica).

Snowmaking system
Denivelation and expansion of the arena slope - approx. 40.000 m3, slope length of cca 1000 m, average width approx. 55 m. Coolant is constructed for optimum water temperature used for artificial snow. On the ski track and pump station, existing artificial snow system is upgraded (compressed air pipes, water installation, electric cables and connection installation equipment). Equipment of access points on the slope is enhanced and supplemented. Procurement and setup of a total of 14 snow machines type M 18, of which 4 are mobile, 3 on the tower and 7 on the console, a total of 32 snow machines is in the function. Test run of the entire plant is completed and design parameters are proven.

Lighting
Lighting system with a total of 60 lighting poles are constructed, total luminance of 1000 lux in three stages (recreational, training, competition). Spare power source is provided - 3 aggregates, one of which is installed in the 3-seater cable system (gondola lift). A new slope sound system and energy infrastructure for FIS competitions are constructed.

Overhaul of existing gondola lifts and three-seat gondola lift
The lift capacity of 147 seats, improved speed at 2m / s. The lower station of the gondola lift is three-seater at 732.05 m above sea level. Upper station cableway 1027,50 m above sea level - the total height difference is 295.45m. The total length of the gondola lift is 843.83m. An overhaul of the electric motor drive was carried out for the safety and stability of the three seater. Conveyor belt on the lower three-seater station and an automatic car charging system was constructed on all three lifts.
