Interkonzalting d.o.o was responsible for complete design documentation, construction supervision and project management of logistics distribution center construction with accompanying facilities in Rugvica, on a land plot of 117,000 m2.
The construction of logistics distribution center with accompanying facilities implies:
a) Logistics warehouse (refrigeration facilities ) with offices, approximate floor area of 11,000 m2, floor plan 80x130m,
b) Workshops with a total floor area of 900m2, storage and living room, with dorms
for drivers , fuel pumps and truck washing facilities.
c) Parking areas and internal roads (50 parking spaces for RALU tugboats, 40 parking lots for distribution trucks, 10 parking places for third-party tugboats, 200 parking spaces for passenger cars, 30 parking spaces for caravans with awning). Manipulative surfaces for the movement of vehicles functionally merge all the structures on the particle into the circuit. Surfaces for which a strong intensity of primarily truck traffic is foreseen are completed with the final surface of broom finished concrete.

e) Auxiliary facilities (TS low voltage substation for LDC needs, entrance door with eaves, pallet storage, fencing etc.)
f) Access roads from the County Road ŽC no. 3070 to the project land plot
