Matrix business center is located at the intersection of Slavonska avenija, Heinzelova Street and Radnička cesta. Attractive and functional energy-efficient design of contemporary rooms with excellent transport infrastructure meets the demands of newer generations of companies, entrepreneurs, clients and employees. Building are designed in accordance with the LEED Gold standard, energy efficiency A + and has a LEED Platinum certificate.
LEED is an internationally recognized Green Building Certification with innovative solutions that support public health and the environment while saving money to building owners during the life cycle of the project.
The parcel of building A is approximately 6000 m2 and the total building surface is over 20,000 m2.
Business building A consists of two underground floors, ground floor and 6 above-ground floors. Vertical communication consists of 4 lifts and two staircases. Building has 272 parking spaces (241 in underground garage and 31 in open parking); parking space for bicycles; wardrobe and showers. Partly green roof lower temperature and reduce energy use, reduce concentrations of pollutants that affect air quality, climate, and health.
The surrounding landscape of the buildings is horticulturally decorated, the outdoor square with green vegetation and water surfaces contributes to the visual and ecological qualities of the cozy location.
