Hotel Palace Bellevue has 195 accommodation units (hotel Palace 111, hotel Bellevue 84 accommodation units) in Neo-Baroque style and Secession and is one of the oldest hotels in Opatija. The quality of hotel services was lifted in 2016 by new hotel design project.
Interkonzalting d.o.o. is responsible for construction supervision and financial supervision of reconstruction of the hotel Palace Bellevue, Opatija, as well as project management and occupational safety coordinator II.
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE HOTEL PALACE
In the ground level of the Hotel Palace, the occupancy area was reconstructed; men's and women's wardrobes with sanitation chain and renovation of the existing underground corridor between Hotel Palace and Hotel Bellevue. Part of the ground floor - hotel suites on the north facade have been redecorated into the congress area. The wellness area has been refurbished in a way that a more representative reception is performed, with addition of wardrobes. The fitness room is located in the premises of the existing sanitary facilities considering the convenience of using natural ventilation. On the floors (1st to 4th floor), one partition wall was removed in the area of the angular housing unit with a sea view. By removing the partition wall, the required space criteria for the 4 * hotel apartment is achieved.
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE HOTEL BELLEVUE
On the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor of the hotel, the part of the non-load bearing walls between the accommodation units have been removed for the purpose of a new space organization that would meet the criteria for a 4 * hotel. At Bellevue Hotel there are 84 accommodation units that meet the criteria for a 4 * hotel. Restoration of all the façades of Hotel Bellevue was carried out in accordance with conservation guidelines. All profiles and ornaments are preserved and precisely crafted.
