Job Description: on-site supervision
Cable railway is constructed as pulley with fixed and operational
halyard for lifting cargo up to 200 kilo on height 102 meters above sea level.
Reception station is on the highest peak on island, nearby lighthouse. Below
the sea level (in water), on depth of 30 meters below, is kolpo mortima, foundation
for cable and ballast up to 5000 kilo weight.
Lighthouse Palagruža has been build 1875. on island
Palagruža, located in the middle of Adriatic sea, 68 NM south from Split.
Palagruža is the furthest of Croatian islands with exceptional beauty and rich
history, 1400 meters long, 300 wide, and 102 meters high.
INTERKONZALTING d.o.o. was responsible for the construction
and installation works supervision and coordination, planning and cost control,
health and safety supervision, design review, technical assistance to the
client for equipment selection. Support was also given during the works and
equipment procurement stage.
